LSPT 206 - Legal Employment Strategies

Course curriculum is geared toward developing more effective employment seeking strategies. Emphasis is given to gaining better insight into the skills/traits that enhance employability, while learning how to identify and apply important transferable skills to a job announcement. Focus is given to learning how to successfully target a resume to the skills and traits an employer is seeking, while refining interview practices, learning to communicate soft (traits) skills, and network. Workshops and self-study are built into the classes so learners can easily complete assigned employment-related projects.
