LSPT 102 - Contract Law II

3 Credits

Course concepts will expand on those introduced in LSPT 101 with emphasis given to third-part contracts, sales under Article 2 of the UCC, performance under Article 2 (Seller and Buyer Duties), title, risk of loss and warranties, seller and buyer remedies. Additional topics covered include contacts and the Internet, the essentials of planning and drafting contracts, exploring the procurement process, and the introduction of the major types of contracts utilized in government contract. This course will be beneficial to learners contemplating a career in contract administration.
