Covers basic legal research and writing fundamentals, with emphasis given to formatting legal briefs and memorandums, and utilizing online research tools including Westlaw. Other topics include learning advance citation practices, how to develop legal issue and statements, incorporating factual scenarios, and demonstrating legal analysis.
