LGL 211 - Civil Litigation II

This course continues the study of civil litigation processes by focusing on discovery practices, trial preparations, and post-trial proceedings. Students will implement technology to aid in office functions, including document control and management. Focus is also given to learning post-judgment proceedings. This course implements cumulative assessment applied to practical litigation exercises.
