LGL 120 - Contract Law I

An introduction to the basic principles of contract law. Topics include the essential elements of a contract, the formation of contracts, counteroffers, different types of contracts used by business/government entities, ethics in contracts, performance, and remedies for breach. Both common law and the Uniform Commercial Code will be emphasized.
