PRMG 210 - Introduction to Project Controls

General Education Elective

3 Credits

Introduction to Project Controls provides students with exposure to the principles and concepts of project planning, tracking, analysis, and Earned Value Management Systems. Students will also be introduced to scheduling software utilized in the project management industry.
