PRMG 110 - Introduction to Project Management

This course offers an introductory exploration of project management principles, tools, and techniques. Students will learn the foundations of project management, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion. Topics covered include defining project goals, scope, and deliverables; managing time, resources, and stakeholders; risk management; and using industry-standard project management methodologies.

Prerequisites: BSN 115 and be enrolled in the Business, AA program
