This course surveys basics physics principles with an introduction to problem solving using basic algebra. Principles studied include motion in one and two dimensions, force and Newton’s Laws, rotational motion, momentum and collisions, fluid statics and dynamics, temperature and heat transfer.

MUST BE IN THE ENERGY SYSTEMS PROGRAM TO TAKE THIS COURSE
