ARN 240 - Maternal & Pediatric Nursing Essentials

This course provides a foundation for nursing care of women and children throughout the lifespan. Didactic instruction will focus on woman’s health, prenatal care of mothers and infants, and the pediatric population. Emphasis is placed on teaching health promotion, risk reduction, and critical thinking for normal findings as well as deviations from normal processes.
